I'm not trying to be pissy or anything. Just stating my opinion here. But why a 5 with 2 years as a 5? What makes them more knowledgeable than say a 4 with 7 years under the belt. Knowledge is knowledge, it shouldn't be saddled to a specific skill level. I think you would be missing out on some prospective people that are probably more qualified. As I said, just my opinion.
The normal qualification is skill level 6/7 or a Division Rep. A skill level 5 with two years is generally starting their path to a skill level 6. They may not be selected to ref but we can keep them in mind knowing they are interested. Of course, like everything else there is always exceptions. If you are going to be at the qualifiers, come talk to me. Right know I am trying to build a list of potentials while trying to maintain the qualifications. There are other qualifications that we do look for than just skill level. This is to spark interest, which it is doing. Thanks for your input and I will take it under consideration.
I've seen the same people at the same skill level for years. And asking the same questions. I would not want them making a call. So i would have to agree with skill level requirement.
